The town is nice and close to the hotel.
Room looked like a mosquito graveyard, with dozens of them squashed against the low ceiling. Rooms are small as well as the bathroom.

Basic room with revamped design made it look fresh. Close to center of Arles.
No elevator, you have to drag your luggage up the stairs. Room for three people was so small we barely could open our suitcases. Lots of noise from other guests. Windowsil was littered with dead flying insects.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in France. The lounge area and dining room were both lovely, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were well-equipped, with a good bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the surrounding area and there were plenty of other eating places nearby to choose from.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and I couldn't fault it in any way.

The mosquitoes.... Nice touch to have fly spray in the room

There are lots of mosquitos in this area. It is simply inconceivable to me that one can build windows in a mosquito ridden area and not have window screens. Humans have had the technology to prevent mosquitos from entering a house while allowing air to flow for 200 years now. Campanile should invest in this technology. The air conditioning didn't work and mosquitos got in the room and made for a very uncomfortable night.

The hotel provided excellent value for money, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and the location was ideal for those traveling by car, with easy access from the highway and inclusive parking. It was also conveniently close to town, allowing for either a short drive or a pleasant walk.
All in all, this hotel was a great find and there was nothing that could have been improved upon.

Easy access to shopping and fast food options. Room was spacious with tea and coffee facilities. The staff was friendly and efficient.
The winding concrete stairs to access rooms on the first and second floor are a bit challenging. The Wi-Fi required frequent logins.
